A four-person shop in Everett, not a national call centre
MasterFix Appliance Repair was started in 2018 by Ramin Mirzayev, a certified technician who had spent years working on other people’s schedules. The company still runs the way it started: a small team, a van each, and the person who books your job being someone you can reach again.
We work out of 187 Bow St in Everett, which puts us inside twenty minutes of most of Greater Boston and inside an hour of the New Hampshire towns we cover. That proximity is the whole business model. Same-day is not a marketing line when your technician is already two towns over.
We are an independent repairer. That means we are not an authorised service centre for any manufacturer, and we say so on every brand page. If your appliance is still inside its factory warranty, call the manufacturer first, because letting us touch it can void that cover. We would rather lose the job than cost you the warranty.

Flat-rate quote before we start
You hear the price after the diagnosis and before a single screw comes out. You decide.
90-day warranty on parts and labour
If the same fault comes back inside 90 days, we return and put it right at no charge.
Two-hour arrival window
No waiting from eight to noon. We book a two-hour window and call when the van is close.

Four technicians, all background checked, all insured. Ramin Mirzayev still takes jobs himself, which is why his name turns up in the reviews alongside Tim and Bouston.
