- No. We are an independent repair company and we are not affiliated with Whirlpool. If your appliance is still inside its manufacturer warranty, contact Whirlpool first, because an independent repair can void that cover.
- Do you use genuine Whirlpool parts?
- We fit manufacturer parts wherever they are available and reasonably priced. Where a manufacturer part is discontinued or absurdly expensive we will tell you what the alternative is and let you decide.
- How long does a Whirlpool repair take?
- Most repairs finish in a single visit of one to two hours. Anything needing an ordered part takes a second visit, usually within a few working days.
- What does the warranty cover on a Whirlpool repair?
- Parts and labour for 90 days. If the same fault comes back inside that window we return at no charge.
