Booking a repair

Submitting the form on this site is a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment exists once we have spoken to you and agreed a date and an arrival window. We will always call to do that.

Pricing

A diagnostic fee applies to the visit and is quoted before we come out. After the diagnosis you receive one flat price covering parts and labour for that repair. If you decline the repair, only the diagnostic fee is payable. No work starts before you have accepted the price.

Brand names on this site

MasterFix Appliance Repair LLC is an independent repair company. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any appliance manufacturer named on this site. Brand names are used only to describe the appliances we service.

Accuracy of the content

The fault descriptions and advice on this site are written by our technicians and are accurate to the best of their knowledge. They are general guidance, not a diagnosis of your particular appliance. Do not open a microwave, work on a gas connection, or attempt a repair on a live appliance on the strength of anything you read here.

Coverage area

The ZIP codes listed on this site describe where we normally work. We may decline a job outside a reasonable travel distance, and we will say so when you call rather than after you have waited.

We update these terms when the business changes. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version.
