We are not an authorised Frigidaire service centre, and we will say so before you book. We are an independent repairer working out of Everett, Massachusetts, and if your appliance is still inside its manufacturer warranty you should call Frigidaire first, because an independent repair can void it.

- Do you use genuine Frigidaire parts?
- We fit manufacturer parts wherever they are available and reasonably priced. Where a manufacturer part is discontinued or absurdly expensive we will tell you what the alternative is and let you decide.
- How long does a Frigidaire repair take?
- Most repairs finish in a single visit of one to two hours. Anything needing an ordered part takes a second visit, usually within a few working days.
- What does the warranty cover on a Frigidaire repair?
- Parts and labour for 90 days. If the same fault comes back inside that window we return at no charge.
